My Favorite Two Saints

My favorite two saints are Nun’ya and Nun’amine

they reflect my best attributes and yes they are divine,

they do not insist, they do not divide,

they simply are who they are, Nun’ya and Nun’amine.

As in Nun’ya business, no matter what you say,

I don’t need your afflictions or inconsistent morality

or griping, or belittling, or what you have to convey,

my wants, my needs, myself always first and Nun’yas anyway.

Nun’amine is quite the same, except reverse you see,

as that’s just your opinions, problems, not my responsibility,

my league is only my small world not criminality

and gives no right to anyone to bind or break my dreams.

So keep your rifts of accusations weaved throughout your lies,

away from me and all I am in all my little strides,

guarded by my own set ways, set with love in time,

protected, blessed by my two saints, Nun’ya and Nun’amine.
