Introducing and Retrospective
Give yourself the full consent, of your mind to repent
From the thing that offers you, less than what you construe
As the more majestic things, meant to cause your soul to sing
About the person you well know, deep within the womb of growth
Nourishing your thoughts and mind, with a varied likened kind
Of teachings that you will learn, keep your self safe in return
About the days you're living now, question not and allow
Those that cause you to find ease, in the gentle sweep of breeze
Round about in every way, when your mind begins to stray
To the shadowed brands of minds, that you yourself can't define
Toss away those empty voices, lesser than the rightful choices
Made within you in the times, you yourself realigned
To make bright a cloudy day, to cheer up with love's array
Gentle kindness to give all, without the need of a toll
Procuring better for a life, lessening all the worded strife
Giving their opinions to, a lesser version of values
Meant to take the moment now and hand it over to a bough
Blooming in another's field rather than the one concealed
In the still and secret places of your personal times and graces
Build your castle on the clouds and your palace please enshroud
Yourself with good in every way and to yourself don't delay
The cheerful faces, the thankful lives, who themselves can recognize
Greatness where it is found above, below and all around
Heed their praises and their prayers don't forget the world you share
With every living breathing thing do not set limits or refrain
From looking at yourself in time that you yourself have been assigned
To share the days with those about: you, your worth, and the clout
You wish to gather and portray as you live throughout your days
Think of them as if they should see your deeds as you would
Put away the heartless shrewd that keeps your life from a good
That would do you a favor later on you when remember
How you eased another's woes and set things right to dispose
The lower thinking of a wrong that raised you up and made you strong
In the eyes of those who looked, to see if they too would be schnooked
Don't forsake your life that way think more about yourself today
Add a heaping, helping of the strength it takes to truly love
Your life, your worth, your ways of making life the better without faking
True devotion for a lie where your actions don't comply
To the values and reflections of the spoken dedications
You yourself put forth in name as the worthiness of your claim
Be the maker and the savior of the life that you would treasure
To share with others as you live unashamed of what you give
As a value to the living without sorting or resisting
Mercy, kindness, health or wealth to another or yourself
For wealth is many a thoughtful thing to a life worth the saving
Your own, another's, an unknown soul who all their life will behold
What you do and decide now to be the ways you allowed
Life to be and grow to become after your living days are gone
For we're all mortal it is true , and will never be more than what we do
As ourselves, as the collective, introducing and retrospective.
