The Life That's Sought in You

 

Make no place to harbor anger and loss of self control
Make no place to lend your mind to maladies of old
Lead your mind to forward thought of where you clearly see
All the beauty to be found in call of thoughts that free
Mind and body to lay hold of making right the way
You would rather learn to live on any given day
While you sojourn here alive in endless aspiration
Place your hands and blooming thoughts to daily dedication
Where you find a worthy joy to follow to completion
Never bending to the wants of needless competition
With another's talent gifts where grew their own perfection
Become a living testament of wondrous new creation
For there you'll find a worthiness of your own true soul
To feed your mind with nourishments keeping with what's sown
Giving life to leaf and limb in all you seek to do
Reflecting back the life which gave the world it sought in you.

In quiet contemplations,  without pronunciations, allowing proclamations  from all nature speaks.  Not one thing or another, to whether or rather, simply allowing its multiplicity.  Its grandeur, its splendor, its rivers, its timbers, this sunrise, this star light, this tree bloom, this mountain side, of bird, vine, or flower woven gently by its power, I am of nature in all its frivolity. Among the grass now new in green where birds again return to sing. Sparrows, warblers, mockingbirds, swoosh through winds on winged whispers. Sunlight bright, clear blue sky, Easter eggs, kites to fly. Warming air, longer days, teams to sort, ball games to play. Tractors plowing, seeds to sow, sprouts to gardens so to grow. Pollen sprinkles, grass to mow, rumbling rain showers away they roll. Onward, forward, farther go,  sweeping routines clean from souls. Trees in bloom, pink for spring,  adventure calls in visions seen. Motorcycles, water parks, roller coasters, museum arts. Weekend warriors plans in hand,  friend made road trips, sing with the band. Trunks stuffed full for family vacations,  schedules to keep in distant locations.
